About CACTUS Medical

CACTUS Communications was founded as a global communication services company in May 2002. CACTUS Medical was established as the medical writing and scientific communication division of CACTUS Communications to serve the needs of the pharmaceutical and academic communities worldwide.

With offices in Trevose, PA (USA); Memphis, TN (USA); Mumbai (India); and Tokyo (Japan) and a staff of over 428 (248 full-time employees and 180 contractors worldwide), we cater to the communication needs of clients across multiple time zones. Our in-house staff includes 39 BELS (Board of Editors in the Life Sciences; established in the US) certified editors/writers. Supporting them are our proprietary state-of-the-art process management and quality assessment systems that are ISO 9001:2008 certified.

Our staff is technologically savvy and has an in-depth understanding of the clinical trial and publication landscapes. All our employees are selected after a rigorous 3-step screening process. All our writers and editors go through an intensive training program that includes not only the nuances of writing but also English language training.
